Hi all, been diagnosed Type 2 for 5-6 years now. Took me a while to get my head round it and try to sort myself out weight wise, etc, but getting there now.

Welcome to the forum. How are you doing with blood glucose level, are you on any medication or managing with diet only.
I hope by looking around he forum you will pick up some tips and ask any questions you have, people are very willing to give you their suggestions based on their own experience.
