just joined after friend showed me the magazine .... thought it may be good idea to start to watch a bit more carefully as getting older. On Metformin only at present.

Hi bjtheexile, welcome to the forum 🙂 How have things been for you? Sounds like you are managing well if only on metformin after ten years, what's your HbA1c like these days?
