Has anyone had just 2 meals such as breakfast around 10:30am then maybe a late lunch/tea around 4pm ish?

There have been occasions when I have had just one meal a day, but yes, I quite often have just 2 meals a day although my second meal is usually much later than 4pm. The great thing about MDi is it enables you to skip meals whenever you feel like or your day doesn't allow it for whatever reason.... maybe workwise or stuck in a traffic jam etc. And of course, if you are doing a basal test you would skip a meal for that.
So there should be no problem at all with what you propose.

Practically every day since I retired years ago.

Early evening Gill - roughly between 6.30pm and 7.30pm.

No brekkie, lunch c. 1pm, dinner ready just before/after the end of the BBC regional news.

Thanks @trophywench

I'm going to a concert tonight at York Barbican and I don't know what food they sell in the venue.

What are you going to see Gill?
Hope you have a lovely evening!

Two of the world’s biggest bands, Boyzone and Westlife, come together for the very first-time featuring Brian McFadden and Keith Duffy.
