Running shoes: Sketchers Go Run and Nike Free.

Why do you run? ?Having diabetes is part of the reason I?ve kept running, I can tell you that. I was diagnosed when I was 20 with type-1 diabetes, meaning I have to give myself insulin every day just to survive. I went from multiple injections a day to now using an insulin pump and another new tool that I?ve got called the continuous glucose monitor. Both of those help me immensely in running and training, and if I didn?t have those, I?m not sure how I would manage. But they definitely make it easier.?
