I listened to half and thought it was really good so posted it. It's packed with info, I'd need to watch again and make some notes which I will post here. I'd love to hear others thoughts on it too.

Before I dropped off last night, Ben Bikman explained how a blood glucose crash triggers the brain to release dopamine. That accounts for the strong craving I had after a Valentine's day supper this year.
