I would not put money into the hands of these people by signing up to it, but I don't think it is good for people with mental health problems and I count myself in that group.

Dont do social media of any kind.....and i certainly wouldnt do twitter/x with Elon Musk in charge

And i agree with the above comment about mental health.....i used to do facebook but jacked it in a few years ago......dont miss it in the slightest.....certainlydont miss the petty drama that used to go on

Hi Gail.Yes have had an account for over 10 years but only use it for one specific area of interest.
Must admit the last year or so all accounts get driven towards tweets of a certain kind of account ( populist generally right wing which can a provide a certain perspective.
You can of course pick your own followers etc but be prepared to be “ guided” towards these other accounts which certainly do not reflect my interests or attitudes.

I used to have several Twitter accounts, and a decade or so ago it was still a useful resource. But I have cancelled them all, even the ones with many connections. I didn’t like the direction it went.
