The East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust published its integrated action plan on 4 September, in response to recommendations from the independent governance review, the Care Quality Commission (CQC) report and its own turnaround plan published earlier this year.
The Trust says delivering better patient care, addressing quality, service delivery, workforce, leadership, finance and governance is at the centre of its new phase.
Chief Executive Andrew Morgan said: ?A great deal of hard work went into pulling together the new integrated plan to ensure we covered the recommendations in the independent governance review, the issues raised by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and our own turnaround plan published in April.
