Relationship to Diabetes
Type 2
Hi Everyone. I am new to the forum but have a question so please bear with me.
Both my husband and myself have Type 2 Diabetes. He is also developing joint pain in his fingers. I have heard that Turmuric ( ingredient Curcumin) is good for both Type 2 and arthritis. Does anyone have any information either way?
Thanks.

I have read the same but haven’t tried it personally, I also have arthritis so if you notice benefits I’d like to hear about it :D

My 83 year old mum started using Turmeric a few months ago and now takes no prescription pain meds at all. The amount she was on was enough to sink a battle ship 😱 Do make sure you research it and use the right strength otherwise it doesn't work.
