I have always been suspicious of dietary supplements, reasoning that if you eat a reasonable diet you don't need them
However, a couple of people in my Tai Chi class have suggested that I take Turmeric & Black Pepper to improve my flexibility and general health
There are loads if videos about turmeric with or without ginger or black pepper, and they all think it's wonderful; though as we know, we should be cautious about t'Net & YT
So please, has anyone any comments ? For or against?
