I enjoy my xmas dinner but boxing day like turkey & gravey warmed up in microwave. No carbs 🙂

I thought there were carbs in gravy? I know I daren't have the cranberry, the carbs are astronomical! 🙄

There are carbs in gravy but not enough to be counted in x

We do this too but the leftover roasted sprouts are also thrown in, yum haha x

Yes it's the old 'warm up' now called bubble and squeak. Lovely when the potato gets a little crispy crust off the pan.

I'm living dangerously, it's only Christmas one day after all! 🙂

Bubble and squeek, we used to have that every Monday back in the 50s. Cant beat it for a treat these days either. Anybody dare to try bread and dripping?

We are having our own turkey tonight. Carbs calculated (and a little higher than 30g!!) and I am pleased someone reminded me to count in the cranberry sauce. We were at friends yesterday, so need to have our own turkey today, just so that I can have cold turkey, turkey curry, turkey and almonds in back cheese sauce, ... Love it. At relies tomorrow so even more turkey.

Just frozen the remaining mince pies ready to twke out one pair at a time. That will a take us well into. January with the number of times that we eat 'puds'.

Happy Christmas

Ooh, I forgot we had some mince pies in the cupboard. May have a couple today with clotted cream. They are only mini ones.🙂
