Hi I am a new member of the forum I'm a female, married and now retired. I look forward to joining in and learning new things from the rest of the members.

Hi Tup, welcome

Hi @Tup and welcome to the forum. I am sure you will find it a useful and supportive place.

Hello Tup and welcome to the forum - We already have 3 things in common!
Would you like to tell us a bit more about yourself? Have you been a Type 2 for very long, and how is it going for you?
There is a lot of information and knowledge on this forum, so if there is anything in particular that you want to know about, let us know and we will give you some pointers.

Hi Tup, Ask us about anything you want to know about - we can't give specific medical advice, but we are all experts on our own personal experiences.
Or just share a moan about it all!

Welcome to the forum Tup from a fellow T2

Welcome to the forum @Tup

I hope you find this a supportive and helpful place to learn and share experiences. I’m not sure how long you’ve been diagnosed, but you might find some of the resources in the ‘useful links’ thread interesting reading: https://forum.diabetes.org.uk/board...for-people-new-to-diabetes.10406/#post-938458

Particularly Maggie Davey’s Letter, and Alan S’s ‘Test Review Adjust’ which can help you examine how your body is coping with different foods you are eating using a BG meter.

Feel free to ask any questions you may have, or just have a good old moan! 🙂

Hi Tup, welcome and enjoy 🙂
