Here is my recipe of what I have for lunch some days.

Ingredients:
1 tin tuna (or any fish you like)
50g cherry tomatoes (about 2 or 3 depending on size)
7g chopped onion (adds some crunch)
35g cucumber (about 3 average slices)
85g Hellman's full fat mayo (or however much you like, more will increase carbs marginally)
20g wholegrain mustard (or however much you like, more will increase carbs)
Pepper
Grated cheese

I like to chop my toms & cucumber up. Put tuna in a bowl, add toms, cucumber & onion & mix up. Add mayo, mustard & pepper & mix well. Top with grated cheese.
Total net carbs for above portions: 5.8g
This is quite a large portion & very filling, so could serve 2 or 1 very hungry person.🙂

Sounds yummy. I often chop tomato into tuna and mix with mayo, that for me is one of the things where the whole tastes better than the sum of the parts. ( I usually end up having it for breakfast when there's some left over tinned tuna hanging around.)
