I tend to agree doesn’t look like that graph is only 67% in range either

I've no idea whether it's genuine or not. I agree it seems implausible.

There are other threads with the same msg, different number of hours, so i think it is a message
 
Very much doubt its genuine, though that 10mins can feel like 9 hours.

Only this last week had fair few of those 10min messages, don't know what's going on.
