It's Michael Mosley again + other doctors. Episode 2 last week they did an experiment with 'normal' people to see if standing up was better for you then sitting down, each subject was equipped with a CGM and pulse meter to measure blood glucose and heart rate. Interesting results.

And Michael investigates the views on Statin use and decided to restart taking it.
