Hi Y'all, I have been type 2 for 22 years, I have been informed I have to go onto Trulicity and will be injecting when I get my script probably on Wednesday...my question to all is..
1.Are other people on Trulicity,
2. What do you think of it.
3. I have just read the downside of this 'Amazing' drug and I am (for the want of a better word) bricking it, am I right in being apprehensive about it or am I just a wimp!!!
4. Are other people enjoying it and have they lost any weight with it.
5. am I just scaring myself

Thank you all in anticipation

Hi Sippaz, welcome to the forum. Some people get nausea after the first injection, that’s the commonest problem, but it does go away usually. Only about 2% have to stop it. Eating smaller meals helps that, if it happens.

We do have some members on Trulicity who are quite content with it.

Don’t know anything about weight loss.

The only question I can answer confidently is number 5. The answer is yes. Remember that most info on the net is from folk who hate Trulicity. Most folk just get on with it and keep quiet. Also remember that if you expect to get nausea, you probably will.

Thank you so much for your quick response , really appreciate it and will bear your answers when I actually start injections
