The things I see most frequently when members are discussing feelings that they get from Trulicity are nausea, loss of appetite and some gastric upheaval or discomfort.
There’s a list of side effects, both common and less common, on the British National Formulary here:

As @grovesy suggests, it would be good to discuss things with your Dr. Alternatively a qualified pharmacist at your local pharmacy would be a great person to chat things through with, as they are specialists in drugs and drug interactions.
