So, this morning I wake up with a 9.7 - acceptable since went to bed with 17
Ate 24g carbohydrate and shot me to 15

Then with a 12 I decided I should really eat still to keep my metabolism going... so had a chicken stirfry just with corgette, green pepper and onion bit o' cheese and soy sauce

Then had to walk to uni... walking back I felt my legs go all jelly like and expected that it was a false hypo due to being high. Fortunately had my meter on me (the true result one is growing on me) tested and ..... 😱 3.2!!!!!!!!

Dear Pancreas, what is going on ? 🙂

That really is quite a ride Liz :( Have you ever tried a low carb day to see how things go?
