THE boss of Dorset?s biggest healthcare provider, which is currently in breach of its licence after failing to make urgent improvements, has quit.

An official statement confirmed that Paul Sly, chief executive at Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust, has stepped down from his post with immediate effect.

Sir David Henshaw, interim chairman at Dorset HealthCare said: ?Paul has been chief executive since February 1, 2012, and led the trust through a very difficult period with the coming together of the predecessor organisations.
