It might be worth an ask at your pharmacy, I remember a few years ago when I was using a Tesco pharmacy they occasionally when they couldn’t get Metformin from their regular supplier
they had the same 500 mg tablet but in comparison it was quite a big bullet type tablet
I remember back then they weren’t as comfortable to swallow as the small round ones
although they were still swallowable with water
these days I’m taking quite a few different tablets (for different ailments)
and can pretty much swallow with a small glass of water them all quite easily
The other thing i thought that might help you @rosie1 is, what strength are they
I was thinking another option is if you were to request double quantity of a smaller dose, hope you get a solution that will work for you
