A male nurse arrested on suspicion of tampering with medical records at a hospital where four people died of insulin poisoning is now being questioned over the murders of three patients, police said last night.
Married father-of-two Victorino Chua, 46, has also been arrested on suspicion of 18 counts of causing grievous bodily harm with intent at Stepping Hill hospital in Stockport, Cheshire.

Let's hope they have more evidence this time. It must have been a terrible experience for that other nurse who spent 6 weeks in custody :(

I think there is a case for not revealing peoples identities at least until someone is charged. People can be unfairly tainted and mud can and does stick. The press has once or twice gone to town on people who have been arrested and who were innocent. I don't condone the stuff they print but it seems particularly unjust when the person just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.
