Witch way do I do this
Diabetes has a spell
If I start to over sugar me
My body soon can tell
The midnight hour is close at hand
I’ve low sugar in my blood
Those very sweetened monster packs
Are shouting... “Yes you could”
They’re in a bowl and by the door
In case of trick or treat
I feel like knocking to myself
But that invites defeat
It’s a sugar rush temptation night
There’s sweet things everywhere
Give diabetes a ghost of a chance
And show yourself some care
