I went shopping today, not a frequent occurrence, but I fancied a treat of something after all my hard efforts.

I bought a fresh cauliflower and a fresh lettuce:D

Good choice🙂 I was out on my bike yesterday and called in Asda for a paper, got my eye on the Ripple bars on the shelf and couldn't resist so ended up buying one and scoffing it on the way back😱
 
At least you Type 1's can have some treats for all the extra work you have to put in. Hope you savoured every bit🙂
