I’ve no personal experience, but the U.K. is one of the countries that Australia has a reciprocal health care agreement with, so you should be able to get the same treatment as an Australian citizen would get in Australia. Which might not be the same as here, the link below gives info on how to sign up for their Medicare system.
They definitely stock both Novorapid and Levemir Flexpens in pharmacies in Oz - but like here, you need a prescription and if you haven't pre-registered for Medicare, seeing a GP will cost you.
