Hi - my medication and diet are not controlling blood sugar levels. Likely soon to start on daily insuling. How do you keep insulin at right temprature if you are travelling? I'm off to Namibia in mid-May - with about 18 hour flight, then moving over two weeks between four different camps where unlikely to be a fridge in our rooms/tents. Any ideas about how best to cope?

Insulin is fine at room temperature so you should have no trouble on the plane.
When it gets hotter, the usual recommendation is Frio pouches. I have used mine for about 20 years including hiking in hot climates such as Morocco, Venezuela, Uganda and India where there was rarely any sign of a fridge.
If you are currently using single use pens, I also recommend requesting reusable pens. The cartridges take up far less space in your luggage.
