When flying do you have any problems carrying a finger prick and monitor through security do I need to pack in my case or just hand luggage any advise welcome first time so unsure what will be required thanks in advance

I never ever ever have problems with a finger prick and monitor through hundreds of flights.
Security are interested in blades longer than 6cm.
The usual recommendation is to keep all diabetes kit in your hand luggage as your hold luggage may go awry.
