Hi I'm going on holiday soon, I am traveling to New York which is 5 hours behind the Uk after 4 days in New York we travel to Las Vegas which is 8 hours behind the uk. I was wonder
A) when will I change my pump for trip to New York and by how many hours
B) when will I change it for Las Vegas
C) when will I change it for return to uk

Any advise very much appreciated

Tina- cant advise but wanted to say you have to go to Carmines restaurant in New York -its simply fab

5 hours isn't that mega and 3 certainly isn't, so I'd say, just change to local time as soon as you get there each time.

Although if you are normally very physically active during each day, then you may have to compensate for the lack of activity.

Just test a lot, and correct whenever you need to, rather than do anything difficult.
