Just been reading through the t&c's of mine.
"Any claim that is the result of you -
Not having recommended vaccinations"
This used to mean things like hepatitis, cholera, typhoid, yellow fever, things specific to countries of intended travel, nowadays it will most likely include covid on that list.
I haven't checked as I'm fully jabbed and boosted, and intend to keep within the 270 days for the covid pass now, but it may be an issue to some if you get to the airport and someone in your family tests positive.
