I will be travelling for work in a hot country for the first time with a pump this summer and will need to bring supplies for at least six weeks. Have always used frio pouches for insulin/pens, but can experienced pump users advise do I need something more robust for pump supplies please? or can I just order a bigger frio? Many thanks

Yes the “large” Frio is big enough for a few vials and backup pen cartridges.

I built up quite a repertoire of different sized Frios when flying on holiday all over the place - they're still cheap enough to invest in anyway! (Haven't needed any in the last 15 ish years as haven't been anywhere outside Europe in our Moho since then, so we have a working fridge for the insulin with us.)
