Has anyone tried the Accu-Chek Insight training video and if so did it work OK for you? I want to get a good idea about the new pump before I get mine in April but couldn't get any sound, despite the volume on my iPad being full on - did I miss a link on the web page maybe? And the videos were soooooo slow to download that I've given up for now.
But if anyone has had better luck I'd be grateful if they'd tell me how.
