Hello! I would be keen to hear from anyone who has experience of the TouchCare® Nano Pump and / CGM? Researching a number of pumps at the moment. Like the idea of tubeless.

Do you mean the Medtrum Nano?
I use this pump which is tubeless. I also use the Medtrum Nano CGM

Thank you @helli. Seems there are issues with the reliablity of the patches. Are you seeing any improvement?

I am finding the issues are around two things
- large doses cause occlusions. This is easily overcome by using the combo of extended bolus
- pump base has a limited life. When the base is nearing the end of it's life, I see more patch errors. Medtrum are very responsive to replacing the patches and base but they are not proactive at replacing the base unless I ask.
In December, I had 3 out of 5 patch errors from different patch batches. After a new base, I have had no errors since.
