Good to see more than just type 1 and type 2 on the list.

One thing stood out to me in the article was on providing person centred care:

"Empower patients by helping them make their own choices about their treatment"

 
I was amazed to find the C-Peptide test on the list. They obviously understand the relevance of this test helping with a correct diagnosis.
 
I was amazed to find the C peptide test mentioned too.
 
It's a shame there's no mention of T3c, as there appears (in my observation) to be an increasing amount of that about. Alternatively, it could just be those with T3c are being properly diagnosed these days, rather than just lumped into the Not-T1 group.
