Funny enough Alison, I had a chicken casserole too. Hubby made it from a recipe he saw on This Morning. It had artichoke hearts in it too and he even used flour to thicken the stock. I was impressed. Then we had strawberry cheesecake with cream. So nice. And there's enough casserole for me to take yo work for lunch tomorrow.
More chicken in the Carmina household as well - we had ours in a stir-fry with shredded cabbage, beansprouts and cashews. Mr C had his with rice, I had mine with a secondary stir-fry of shredded sprouts.
Then I had a sugar-free jelly while he polished off the chocolate cake I made him as a Valentine's Day treat.
Some quiche lorraine with chips and salad, followed by a tube of Smarties. Was very disappointed that the Smarties no longer have the plastic lids with a letter on them so you can build up a collection and make up words - what do kids do for entertainment these days? 😉
Tea consisted of 2 gluten free rolls filled with cottage cheese plus a slice of disaster cake. (gluten free carrot cake that turned out like a house brick)
