I was a bit naughtier and had fish and chips today , but it only came it at 50g carbs. View attachment 27021
I had chicken on a bone cooked in my airfryer (so tasty), handful of saute potatoes & minted peas followed by a protein vanilla pudding.
Sugars stayed well within range with no spikes.
