Tofu con salsa al ragù aka Bolognese Tofu

What you do if in the frige you have half a jar of ragù (almost like Bolognese sauce, but without carrots and more onion and more types of meat) ana a pack of tofu?
You slixe thentofu il small piecea then put to heat in a pan with alittle olive oil, salt and a little bit of peeper u til it bakes a little golden crust, then you add the sauce and stir gently until all is hot and serve.

A packet of Smiths crisps with the small packet of salt inside was once my favourite - but now a packet of another make plain crisps is just the ticket - mind you, not too often.
