What did you treat yourself today?
mine was some bookends for my new sheves and the best treat was 3 pairs gripper socks and a 3 pack of socks from Cosyfeet(all diabetic friendly and for very swollen feet) not cheep but in foot ware you get what you pay for

A stick of celery, one plum tomato, a pickled onion, four sugar snap peas and a cup of tea.
Living the dream...... :rofl::rofl::rofl:

Joining you in the feet theme! 4 pairs of Snag tights! I wear uniform dresses at work and I hate tights that roll down. So very annoying. I've been buying my tights from Snag for years - they're fabulous and super comfy.
Plus, my colleagues at my last job bought me a gorgeous tea cup/pot combo when I left. I'm snuggled in bed with a good book and I've just finished a cup of decaf tea. Life is good!

My favourite perfume. Hubby bought me a bottle earlier this month for my birthday. I have the body lotion too. Really nice to apply after a warm shower. Enjoy your treat :D

I treated myself to some records yesterday. A re-issue of Clannad's 'Legend', which is the music from that old Robin Hood TV series, a Roger Waters live album, and a second hand copy of an album by John McLaughlin and Mahavishnu. Oh, and there was also an electronic album by Craven Faults and a new one by singer songwriter Laura Marling.

Now I just need time to listen to them. Currently going through the back catalogue of the Grafeful Dead in tribute to Phil Lesh who died recently.:(

I like the eclectic mix you have chosen. Good music is good music whatever the genre. Coincidentally I was listening to Clannad last night as I went to sleep. Hubby and I pick something at random to play for half an hour when we go to bed. Usually give the thrash metal a miss though :rofl:

I treated myself to raspberry jam on my toast at lunchtime.... :D
.

Today, rogan josh curry and beer. Tomorrow, more tools and materials for my woodwork project. Eighteen months ago I bought myself a reasonably high end digital piano, a real treat that I had to save up for. I'd quite like a motorbike but even old MZs are getting to be quite pricy now. Ideally I would like a Royal Enfield Interceptor, more saving up required?

You will thank me for it later
:D:care:

I treated myself to some loose leaf tea.
I have a few vendors I buy from whenever they have special offers and keep a supply in the attic.
I prefer loose leaf to bags and make a few pots each day.

My music is collection is quite eclectic. Free jazz, Prog Rock, Folk, Jazz, Electronic, Metal, Pop, Italian soundtracks, and... DEATH METAL! One of my favourite albums of recent months is by a group called BLOOD INCANTATION! (Definitely not bedtime music.)

I am also a fan of loose tea made in the pot. Stopped using teabags years ago when we discovered the polypropylene bags in our compost bin. Most teabags are biodegradable now but I prefer loose tea. Never understood why my gran always drank tea from a bone China cup when I was a child. I get it now, proper tea stays hot longer and just tastes nicer.

its here both the parfum and lotion after dinner in going to have a shower and spoil myself silly Never spent so much on parfum/lotion i deserve it i keep telling myself

I treated myself to a new pair of nail clippers as I have previously been using a tiny pair that I got in a Xmas cracker a few years ago.

I hope they are although it wasn't that long ago that I learn the glue used in teabags is not biodegradable, I know it is a small mount of the bag but I was finding fine meshes in my gravel where I had soaked used teabags in Ralgex to attempt to convince cats it was not their litter tray - they don't like the smell.

My mother refuses to use teabags - and the only loose leaf tea she drinks is PG Tips.
