So, blood test day has arrived. That isn't so much of an issue, however, what is , is the annual conversation "your original diagnosis and subsequent reviews are very strange, do you realise you may have been misdiagnosed?"

Big sigh from me, I simply can't be bothered to go through the story again. It is much easier to live with it and have an annual heath check .

Hoping all goes well and you're spared 'the talk' this year.

You never know, you may get lucky today 🙂

hope it goes well and no talk for you

Currently going through the same sort of thing as I don’t “fit” T2 or T1. My DSN reckons I’m T1 based on amount of insulin and my response to it, the consultant doesn’t think it’s T1, but we are awaiting C-Peptide and antibody tests. I have been solely on MDI insulin for some 17 years and managing quite well thank you. I wish they would leave you alone if things are going well. Hopefully your blood results and subsequent review are ok.

Unlucky, had the nonsensical talk...
