Today's low carb dinner

Here will be today's low carb dinner. 273 cals, 12.3gm carbs, 32.7gm protein, 10.5gm fat
Roast lamb, cauliflower, broccoli, runner beans and a drizzle of mint gravy

Very nice as it is but I try to make cauliflower a bit more interesting.
Use a cauliflower steak or a small bundle of florets. Lightly cover with olive oil, sprinkle with some crushed walnuts, a few fennel and caraway seeds and chilli flakes. A light sprinkle of lemon juice and sesame oil. Roast in oven for half an hour. The same method with celeriac is also very tasty.

I actually make cauliflower cheese sometimes, or roast, as you suggested. But I must admit on the whole I am a very plain cook, as highly flavoured or spicy foods tends to upset my hiatus hernia. I enjoy my meal and a few hours later, my meal enjoys me!!!!
