with callege with carb counting. i went to my first diabetic eye screening today and my vision was burrly as result but then needed to sort tea and i chouldnt read the carb information. in the end i went for pototos pawns and swanich as i rember the carbs roughly in pototos and now theres nothing in the rest. vison seemed to beter by time it was readly though.

unfoutty i was high then over corcted it or waited to long to eat of both

The blurry eyes after eye screening can be a bit of a nightmare can’t they. Thankfully it doesn’t take long for it to wear off.

Sounds like you coped well, and it was a good idea to have something you could remember the count of.

Did you go low after the correction? Hope it was only a mild one.
