If you are zooming in to try and check the meds they are Lansoprazole, Furosemide and Gabapentin. After breakfast I have Aspirin (75ng), Lisinopril, Bosoporal, Atorvastatin and 1000mg Vit D (prescribed) I have two further Gabapentin at 8 hourly intervals!

I am settling on low sugar granola , blueberry , apple and nuts
Just check on your portion size as low sugar does not mean low carb, but may be lower than some other cereals and the recommended portion if you actually weigh it out may look staggeringly small but still be more carbs than you can tolerate and not actually be very filling.

Smaller portions and less carb food in general is going to help me no end
