Good morning

Did my usual routine - now just on the old keyboard typing away! I feel good and listening to some SOCA music....oh and watching Judge Judy. I am really enjoying the early morning walks - they freshen me up!🙂🙂🙂

I like early mornings when there are not so many people around. What time do you do your walk? I leave home for work between 5.30 and 6am depending on how quickly my alarm wakes me up!

Anytime between 6 - 7am. When I was working, I would be at work by now.
All I need now is a good old job, then I can be productive!🙂

I am normally in work by 7.30, 8am at the latest. Now the mornings are getting brighter I ought to walk at least one bust stop. I need the exercise. Moving offices has hleped a bit, I am further away from the bin so in order to get rid of rubbish and keep my desk tidy, I have to get up and move more often.

I work from home, so I start when I want! If I want to earn any money though, I have to put in a normal working day, but, no commuting, just a walk to the workshop, (20 yards).
I take the dog out at 7am for an hour or so, the park is just at the end of the road. Cold snowy mornings are best, especially if it has snowed overnight. Spring is glorious, but my dog hates the warmer weather.
Kelly.

If you bought your own bin you wouldn't have to get up at all, then you can leave your shoes off all day, bliss!

I have a pair of street shoes and a pair of crocs that are a delight to wear. SInce I need to be more active, it is better I walk to the bin once in a while, but I can slip my crocs off and on at will.
