Now you can call me Fatty but not Obesey just over a stone to target weight and it's getting there all be it slowly but getting there that's all that matters 🙂

Is that just following low carb? Well done however you did it ::claps:: 🙂

Yes just low carbs and more active but nothing major just simple permanent changes 🙂

Well done - that's absolutely brilliant. Wish it was me 😛 😉

Well done there @Maca44
I know how it feels to no longer be Obese
having met up with some friends who hardly recognised me from the other side of the road yesterda.

Many congratulations on your fantastic achievement. You really have applied yourself incredibly well to the task of beating your diabetes into submission and the weight loss has been a wonderful fringe benefit. Huge "WELL DONE" from me. Keep at it and we will be calling you "Skinny" soon!

Thank you all.
I know it's said many times and can be taken lightly, but I truly could not have done this without you all and the great advice and support it's has been a life saver for me.

Looking at your progress it will be you soon 🙂
Thanks - I can dream - a very long way to go but trying very hard to do the right things. People like yourself give folks like me a great target to aim for!! TYSM

Ok Fatty lol! Me too 😉 trying to get from 'Fatty' to 'normal' is proving much more difficult. Onwards and downwards! I'm using the same approach as you and trying to increase the exercise.

Brilliant job @Maca44 Keep going mate - it feels even better when you get that BMI below 25. You'll get there soon

Outstanding results Maca44! 125mmol/mol to 38-40 mmol/mol is absolutely phenomenal. An inspiration to us all. Well done.:D

Very well done! Those are great results. Well done on losing weight, and don't worry about doing it steadily and slowly, that's the best way.

Fantastic news @Maca44 :D Feels wonderful doesn't it? You've worked so hard, you really do deserve it x

Well done. I’ve been in the fatty range for years, just, BMI 26. Im happy with that. It’s just a number, it should be how you feel that’s important. I prefer “pleasantly plump!”

Fantastic stuff. Encouraging. The effort and determination (and I bet through gritted teeth sometimes) is worth it. Well done.

Well done

Yes the weight loss slows down doesn't it but the way I see it is that I took years to get to the weight I was so should be relaxed and patience about it coming down.
