Exactly 3 months ago I was diagnosed type 2 with a count of 107. Devastated and terrified was an understatement! Today I got the news that my count was down to 41.
3 months of low carbs, high fat , 3 Metformin a day and a 3 stone weight loss has proved that it is possible to control. I hope this will reassure those who are newly diagnosed.

Wow,well done

Smug grin allowed for that @Wendyjoy18!! Well done.

Almost mirrors my experience and results so i know how chuffed you feel and how hard you have worked to get there. Well Done! Keep it up x

That's a wonderful achievement, Wendy! Keep it going and maybe you'll be able to reduce your meds, or even come off altogether.

Well done.
