Big decision that! I have no plans today whatsoever. I am slumming around in bed, laptop in hand, but my conscience is nagging at me that there is a pile of ironing with my name on it downstairs! But then the ironing won't take all day will it? As long as I have dinner on the table around 5.30pm this evening all will be fine! Could just do with a nice cup of tea I think!

Had a very late night after the Birmingham meet then a friend's wedding reception, so that's a good enough excuse to stay just a little longer I think.....!

Ahhh Tina Sunday is our day of rest lol so take the oppurtunity to do just that, mind you thats coming from someone who has just attacked her pile of ironing and made the beds all in 30 minutes.
Just lay in bed and think of fluffy rabbits or something :D

I think it's perfectly OK to have a relaxing, no pressure day after such a busy day yesterday - enjoy! 🙂

The cup of tea would still be nice though.......

Do I detect a little bit of guilt there Tina?

Make the tea and take it back to bed. If there is nothing that requires my immediate attention I have a lay in and then swan around in my dressing gown as I find it more relaxing.

Sit in bed all day!!!
Teenagers do it, so why can't we??

A duvet day sounds excellent. I was tempted this morning but the weekends are when Susie has her special walks which means she has her favourite treat of going in the car so we have to get out of bed. I hope that you have decided to chill out in bed and have a relaxing time.

Bah! Best laid plans and all that! Looks like we might be popping down to Southampton room hunting for our daughter who has just received a job offer from down there. Oh well, ironing whilst watching grand prix at least in the short term - then maybe a road trip on this lovely miserable wet Sunday afternoon!

Sorry you didn't get your lie-in. I was really tired this morning and didn't want to get up!! I hadn't been to church for 4 weeks though and thought they might think I'd died and start planning a memorial service or something (LOL) so I got up and went. I think I left most of myself in bed though and just my body turned up haha, nobody noticed!!

Bitterne Park is a nice place to live 🙂

I love my pyjama days just snuggled on the sofa. Hope you had a lovely lazy day xx
