Relationship to Diabetes
Type 2
Hi all, although I am managing my type 2 ok I still feel tired about 4 in the afternoon:( I have mentioned it to my diabetes nurse who said that its all part and parcel of diabetes, any thoughts ?
thank you
Roger

Are you able to test your blood sugar levels when you feel tired Roger? If so it's worth finding out if your levels are on the high side at this time. How long after eating anything would this be?

What time do you get up in the morning? I am an early riser (up by 4.30 or 5am most days), so around 4pm I start to feel very sleepy.
