Are you high all the time? What sort of medication are you on? There are a number of reasons why you are tired all the time. Do you sleep well at night?

I have been tweeking my diet recently and have cut down on the carbs I eat and that has helped. It may also pay you to have a chat to your doctor and get him to review your medication as that sometimes has an effect. Tell him /her how you are feeling and see what help he can offer.

Mary what are your levels like when your tired, have you had your thyroid levels checked lately ?

Hi Mary

High Blood sugars can cause you to feel tired. But tiredness can be caused by other things like your thyroid or being anaemic.

You should speak to your Dr. In the UK you could also talk to your pharmacist but I don't know if US pharmacists have the same qualifications.

Hope you can start to feel better soon.

had my blood pressure checked and that is what it turned out to

be dr had to put me on an extra bp pill and have been doing

good since

i just never thought of something like that causing it

thanks everyone

That's good news Mary - you must feel relieved to have some energy back.
