I couldn't sleep last night, so I was up all night playing games on Pogo. :( Then, finally, when my carer came and gave me my breakfast, I was finally ready to sleep -- but remembered that I had to wait up for the district nurse to come and give me my insulin shot.

She normally turns up at around 10:00-10:30, but I've been waiting all morning (and had to give up playing games as I couldn't concentrate and was making too many mistakes for them to be fun), but my carer has just come and gone on his lunchtime visit and still no sign! 😡

I hope my medical bag, which my other carer keeps losing, turns up again so I can switch back to doing it myself. 🙄 If I'm allowed to do that... 😱
