I keep feeling tired and I keep feeling sad and moody and I get the sweats which is not normal for my age I’m 33 years old

You've just described me but I'm 67. My mother keeps saying "You're on the change" so I'm also a medical miracle. :D

Do low carb that should sort you out, whatever your age. Mum's always freezing, thick cardi fingerless gloves, rug over knees etc and I keep a kitchenroll by my side at all times for wiping my brow so I can empathise!

It's more than likely your high blood sugars causing the problems.

That’s me if I go into double figures, what are your BG numbers like at the moment?

@Ditto you just described me n Small. She’ll have a coat on in the car and I’ll be sitting there in a tshirt, begging for the aircon on. I can’t bear feeling hot.
