hi,

I've started to notice i keep getting a tingly feeling on the bottom heel of my right foot - it doesn't hurt, i just don't like to put pressure on it when i get it.... it kind of feels like pins and needles but not quite.

Wondering if this has anything to do with diabetes? (i hope not....) and what is it?

Any help appreciated 🙂

Hmmm, tingles can be a sign of concern. But saying that, a lot of us have it. If you're concerned, you could always go and speak to a doctor, cuz it *could* be a nueropathy starting to show. But could, I'm no doctor lol.

I wouldn't worry too much though, just go poke your head into the doctors if you're worried about it 🙂

hmm i'm not going to my current GP because i hate him, but maybe I'll ask the DSN.

I'm hoping its just the way i'm walking or my current boots or something!!

Thanks 🙂

definitely give the dsn a call on monday - i find most GPs to be muppets (mine was...). If it gets any worse then get it seen to right away. I ignored mine for ages (and it was ignored by the ole doc)
