I've now had a lumb in my left heel for a few months. There's no pain, however, it's now tingling. I would be grateful for any advice.

Is it like a hard nodule that could be pressing on a nerve.
Better to get it looked at if it causing you problems.

A hard nodule is a good description of the lumb. It is directly in the centre of my heel. I have no pain, just a numbness and tingling sensation when touching the heel.

See your GP or a Podiatrist. With diabetes you may have reduced sensation without knowing it. I will await an update later tomorrow!
