Type 2
Hi folks, been a type 2 diabetic since October 2009 and looking at a few meal plans with the trucker plan looking more appealing as I'm a bus driver and it will fit my busy schedule. My question is this, it states what to eat at breakfast, lunch, snacks etc but no time frames. I work from 6 am till 7 pm so do I space the meals/ snacks out every 2 hours or so? Your help will be very much appreciated

I find it helps to eat just twice a day - every 2 hours would not give my body time to get over the last lot of food.
I eat when I get up and then again in the evening. No snacks and just a couple of cups of coffee, otherwise water or an occasional low carb fizzy drink or squash.

Not enough info Andy - what is it supposed to do?
